Designed in Kyoto, these super stylish bags are made of soft yet durable Ise cotton.
Featuring a range of striking, contemporary two-tone patterns, with coloured drawstring accents. The bags themselves fold origami-style, into a neat flat 'envelope'. They are like a modern interpretation of the cotton 'Komebukero', a drawstring sack made of many pieces of lively fabric that was used to carry offerings of rice to Japanese temples or shrines
These versatile pouch bags could be ideal for use as a cosmetics carrier, small fabric organiser, small lunch hamper or something compact to use while on a night out. Why not also use them as unique 'stocking stuffers' or as an exquisite gift bag adding a Japanese aesthetic to a present for that someone special.
Care instructions
● these items are hand-dyed and discoloration or color fading may occur with use over time
