This handmade piece of Japanese ceramic art is simply stunning, but somehow it becomes even more alluring the longer you gaze at it.
Initially, the milky crackle glazing is what draws you to it but on closer inspection you notice the glistening of pale green glaze 'droplets' which, quite frankly, make us want to strip down and dive into the nearest rainforest lagoon. Meet Midori (green) Mizu (water) bowl.
The wonderful Japanese aesthetic of this exquisite work makes a divine table centrepiece for a special dinner (even if you are dining alone!) ...but don't feel silly if all you want to do is place it somewhere it will capture the light and stare at it all day.
You'd better buy it before we decide to keep it. Just sayin'.
